The visiting company exists of five dancers, one educational employee, one technician and one tourmanager. We need at least one dressing-room and we would like to use a room where the dancers can have a warming-up about 2 hours before the performance. 

We will use the light- and sound equipment of the theatre. For light we will bring our own DMX compatible lightboard. The light is provided by the theatre, we will need 1 ETC junior or a comparable light which will hold a M-size gobo. For sound we need the normal FOH, monitoring on the floor and 1 MiniDisc-player with autopause. At the leftside and in back in the middle of the stage we will need a fixed voltage connection.

The ballet floor of the theatre will be laid in the length and the sides will be joined together very closely. The floor must stay loose from the underground. The sides will be left open partially because we will blow air under the floor which should be able to escape at the sides.

We will use two suspension points. One at the left side of the stage at about 12 feet from the backcloth, and the other in the middle of the stage at about 15 feet from the backcloth.  On both sides of the stage we will use legs (± 7 feet) at about 13 feet from the backcloth. There will be no smoke or fire during the performance. All the materials used are lighter than 25 kg or have wheels.

We don't use fire or smoke effects or any other dangerous effects. For unloading, building, breaking down and loading we need 2 technicians (one light and 1 sound/video) of the theatre in assistance of our technician.

For lunch please provide one or more of the following: brown sandwiches (also vegetarian), salad, fresh fruit, soup, yoghurt with muesli for 7 persons and if the performance starts at 16:00 or later a warm meal after breaking down. We have 2 vegetarians in the group, so please prepare at least sandwiches and/or warm meal for 2 persons without meat and fish.
