Jonas Furrer (Bern [Switzerland], 11 January 1978)
Jonas originates from Bern, Switzerland. He attended the Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts in England and the Rotterdam Dance Academy where he graduated in 2006. During his studies he danced in choreographies by E. Wubbe, S. Engel, Y. Shacham, M. Bourelly and Ch. Gehrig-Binder among others. He had internships with Lonneke van Leth (2004) and Rogie & Company (2005). After his graduation Jonas worked for the National Theatre of Northern Greece in Thessalonica, where he danced in choreographies by Antonis Fonjadakis, Cyril Griset and Giannis Bagourdis. This is his third season with De Stilte. Jonas is featured in Carton Dwellers, 1-2tjes and Alice. In August 2008 he was also featured in Reanimation at Festival Boulevard in 's-Hertogenbosch.
 
 
Yevgenia Kasatkina (Moscow [Russia], 16 October 1987)
In 2004 Yevgenia ('Jenia') finished her modern dance training at Nicolai Ogryzkov’s school in Moscow. Since 2005 she has studied at the Codarts Dance Academy in Rotterdam. Last season Jenia was an intern with De Stilte, featured in Speelvogels end in ZOOM & GLAD IJS. 
Jenia graduated in 2009 at Codarts and this seasons she will dance in Alice, de new production and 1-2tjes.
 
Leonor Carneiro (Porto [Portugal], 4 April 1984)
Leonor attended the Ginasiano Escola de Dança in Porto and the Rotterdam Dance Academy (Codarts), where she graduated as a performing dancer in 2006. She had internships at Scapino Ballet Rotterdam, Dance Works Rotterdam and with Dylan Newcomb and Erick Keil. Also she worked with Boi Gumarang Sakti and Gerard Mosterd, in an Indonesian-Dutch collaboration project, with which she toured Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore and the Netherlands in 2007. This is Leonor’s second season with De Stilte. She‘s featured in Speelvogels, De Kartonbewoners and Alice.
 
Giacomo Della Marina (Gemona del Friuli [Italy], 18 January 1980)
Giacomo graduated from Codarts in 2008, after having studied foreign languages and literature at Padua University (Italy), where her graduated in 2004. He gained stage experience in choreographies by Michael Schumacher (Holland Dance Festival The Hague 2007), William Forsythe, Thom Stuart and Rinus Sprong, Duda Paiva and with his own work. This is his second year with De Stilte. He is featured in Alice, Carton Dwellers and 1-2tjes.
 
Katarzyna Korc (Warsaw [Poland], 19 December 1986)
Kasia studied at Roman Turczynowicz Warsaw Ballet School in Poland and in 2008, she graduated from the Rotterdam Dance Academy. Before joining De Stilte she danced in choreographies by Nanine Linning, Ton Simons and Krisztina the Châtel among others. With the folk dance company  Stok³osy she performed in Poland, Finland, Austria, Slovakia and Italy. Furthermore she reached the finals of the Polish Dance Competition in Gdansk twice. This is Kasia’s second year with De Stilte. She’s featured in MADCAP, Carton Dwellers and Alice.
 
Wictoria Czakon (Katowice [Poland], 25 October 1987)
Vicky studies at Codarts, and for the second year she’s an intern with De Stilte. Before coming to the Netherlands she attended ballet school in Bytom, Poland. At both schools she gained stage experience. With a solo choreography she reached second place at the International Choreography Competition, organized by the ballet school in Bytom. She also won the Audience Award in the Annual Absolvents Dance Contest in Szczecin. This is Vicky’s ... year with De Stilte and she is featured in Carton Dwellers, 1-2tjes and Alice.
 
Christopher Havner (Houston [United States], 14 August 1986)
From 2002 to 2005 Chris attended Houston’s High School for the Performing and Visual Arts, after which he got his dance training at Ohio’s State University. After getting his BFA in 2008 Chris came to the Netherlands to study at Codarts. September 2008 he danced in Signals (George Reischl and Cora Bos-Kroese) at the Cadance festival in The Hague. This is his first year with De Stilte. At the moment he’s also an intern with Dansgroep Amsterdam.
 
Gleen Orlando Mardenborough (Caracas [Venezuela], 19 March 1979)
In 2007, Orlando finished his bachelor ... dance teacher (ballet and jazz technique) at Codarts, after which he started teaching at several dance schools. As a dancer he performed in choreographies by  Nanine Linning (Cry Love), Itzik Galili (Peeled), Roy Cambermore (7 Deadly Sins), Amir Houssenpour (Castor & Pollux), Mylene Benoit (La Chair du Monde) and others. This is Orlando’s first year with De Stilte.
 
Alex Havadi-Nagy (Brasov [Romania], 4 January 1983)
While attending grammar school in Cologne Alex developed a craze for Latin dance. He became the German champion in D-class, before focusing on modern dance in 2003. During his education at the Tilburg Fontys Dance Ademy he gained experience in choreographies by Leine & Roebana, Cesar Augusto Moniz, Pieter de Ruiter and Andrea Boll. From 2007 till June 2009 he danced with Internationaal Danstheater. This is Alex' first year with De Stilte.
 
Francesca Lombardo [Italy], 23 November 1983)
After having studied art history at the University of Rome for two years, Francesca chose a future in modern dance and she moved to the Netherlands in 2006 to attend Artez Dance Academy in Arnhem. In the past three years she has danced in choreographies by Roberto Zappalá, Giovanna Giorli, Gesa Piper, Reut Shemesh, Amos Ben Tal and others. She hopes to graduate in Arnhem next year. This is Francesca’s first year with De Stilte.
 
Lobke Jeurissen (Hasselt [Belgium], 15 April 1982)
From 1994 until 2000 Lobke got her training at the Antwerp Institute for Ballet. From 2000 until 2006 she was a dancer with the Sorbian National Ensemble in Bautzen Germany, the last three years in leading roles. After that Lobke spent three years with Internationaal Danstheater in Amsterdam. This is her first year with De Stilte.
 
Camille Pidou (Lisieux [France], 9 February 1988)
From 1996 to 2000 Camille attended the Ecole Nationale de Musique et de Danse in Lisieux. After that she got her training at the Ecole Supérieure de Danse Rosella Hightower in Cannes. In 2006 she came to The Netherlands to study at Codarts. From November 2008 till July 2009 she was an intern with Introdans, performing in Pulcinella & zo. Arnel Bruce (United States, 22 February 1989)
From 2002 to 2006 Arnel studied at the State University for Music and Performing Arts in the German city of Mannheim. In 2006 she started her training at Codarts Dance Academy. As an intern with De Stilte, Arnel will be featured in ...
 
Eleonora Tassara (Livorno [Italy], 4 May 1987)
At the age of nine Eleonora started taking ballet lessons in the Italian city of Ferrara, where she also came into contact with other styles (modern dance, jazz, flamenco etc.). In 2002, she was accepted to both the Rotterdam Dance Academy and the Wiener Staatsoper Ballettschule. She chose Vienna, as she wanted to improve her ballet technique first. Seven years later Eleonora is in her fourth year at Codarts, where she has worked with Anouk van Dijk, Georg Reischl, Jack Gallagher and others.
